Ingredients
- Eucalyptus Blue Gum - Eucalyptus globulus - Eucalyptus is a timeless winter respiratory remedy famous for easing coughs, chest congestion, scratchy throats, and helping to enhance immunity.
- Lavender Spike - Lavandula latifolia - Supports the easing of laboured breathing.
- Fir Balsam - Abies balsamea - Very gentle to utilise in a therapeutic chest blend for babies.
- Spruce Black - Picea mariana - A respiratory tonic for both young and old.
Ingredients by Volume: Lavender Spike*, Eucalyptus Australiana*, Eucalyptus Blue Gum*, Fir Balsam*, Spruce Black* (*Certified organic)
Instructions
DO NOT use until baby is 3 months of age.
3-6 months of age: use half recommend dosage.
Congestion
Add 1-5 drops to a diffuser or humidifier in child’s room, refresh every 2 hours as needed.
Add 1-2 drops to bedding or clothing.
Coughs
Add 1-3 drops to almond oil (or another carrier oil such as olive oil, coconut oil or grapeseed oil) and apply to soles of feet or chest.
Immune system and allergies
Add 1-5 drops to 1/2 cup of milk and then add to bath water, repeat daily. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Add 1-3 drops to almond oil (or another carrier oil such as olive oil, coconut oil or grapeseed oil) and apply to soles of feet (6 months and up). Repeat daily.
What is the difference between the Baby Breathe and the Eucalyptus Blue Gum?
The Blue Gum is a pure nasal decongestant as well as eases coughs and colds. The Baby Breathe has a more holistic approach to the immune system and the entire collection of respiratory conditions.

This blend is professionally designed for use with infants and is very safe when applied as directed. Essential oils should not be applied neat to baby's skin. Not for internal use - if accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
