How does our TENS hire service work?

Six week TENS hire: $59.99
Hire fee includes:
- FREE OVERNIGHT door-to-door tracked courier service
- Modern, reliable Obstetric/Labour TENS unit
- Simple visual instructions
- Brand new large size electrodes
- Batteries (plus spare)
- FREE pre-paid postage return bag

Bond: a bond of $50 is charged at the time of your booking. Once the unit is returned $50 is deposited back into your account.
Confirmation: once you complete your booking online, you will receive an email confirming your booking.
Shipping: orders are dispatched each day by 3.45pm. If you order before 3.00pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch on an overnight service the same day. If your unit is dispatched on a Friday it will arrive to you on the Monday. Rural deliveries take an extra 2 - 3 days. During COVID lockdowns, please check the Courier Post website for expected delays.
Courier Tracking: once your unit is dispatched you will receive courier tracking details so you can track your TENS unit.
Dispatch & Return: units are dispatched on the date you have selected for dispatch on your booking (or earlier). At the time of booking, the return date will be automatically calculated.
Usual delivery time: overnight (longer for rural addresses).
Cost of additional weeks hire: is $10 per full week. This is simply deducted from your bond.
Booking Time Frame: The second trimester is a good time to book your TENS, but you can book earlier if you wish. If you have left it to the third trimester or even a couple of days before your due date, don’t worry, book online here and a unit will be dispatched asap.
