HELP I need to return my TENS machine

Please return the TENS in the pre-paid courier bag provided. Either take it to a NZ Post Shop or book a pick up online at https://courierpickup.courierpost.co.nz/

 

If you have misplaced the return bag:

  1. Purchase a New Zealand Post prepaid postage bag with a tracking sticker.
  2. Return the machine to: NATALCARE NATURALLY, Unit 1, 31 Stevens Street, CHRISTCHURCH 8011
  3. On the back of the parcel, write the return name/address using the same name as your original booking (so I know it is from you for your bond refund).
  4. Keep the tracking until you have confirmation of delivery.
