Your birth partner plays a big role too, and we’ll cover practical ways they can support you both physically and emotionally during labour.
Our one-on-one class (in-person or online) runs for about 2 hours, but we’ll take the time you need to feel fully prepared.
You’ll get a holistic understanding of labour, explore your birthing options, and discover techniques to stay grounded. Together, we’ll also create a personalised Birth Preferences guide, designed to support a calm, gentle birth and a smooth transition home with your new family.
