Absolute Essentials Labour Support contains a blend of carefully selected essential oils, safe for mother and baby, to help provide calmness and relax and ease muscles and pains during labour.

- Lavender True (Lavandula angustifolia maillette) - Calms nervous tension and relieves anxiety.
- Peppermint (Mentha piperita) - Refreshing and cleansing.
- Chamomile Roman (organic) Anthemis nobilis - Aids relaxation.
- Nutmeg (organic) (Myristica fragrans) - Relaxes muscles, ease aches and pains.

Instructions during labour
Apply 10 drops to hot/warm water, soak a cloth, wring dry and apply to lower back as a compress during labour. Alternatively, rub 3 drops onto the lower back. Repeat every 30min or as required.

This beautiful blend is professionally designed for use during birth and is very safe when applied as directed. This blend can be used safely alongside other medicines when necessary. Essential oils should not be applied neat to the skin. Not for internal use - if accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
