Height: This sling works well for women around average height (164 cm), but everyone’s body is different, so explore the many positions and modifications that feel most comfortable for you, and use the sling in ways that suit your shape and height.

Fitting: a regular height door works bests for this birth sling. A door which reaches the ceiling will not work. A non-slip floor under-foot works best (for grip), however, if required, you can place a yoga mat or damp towel on top of carpet.
