Shipping Times
We use NZ Post’s next working day courier service, with deliveries made Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. While we can’t guarantee next-working-day delivery, NZ Post delivers on time around 97% of the time based on our experience.
Please allow an extra 2–4 working days for rural deliveries.
Click & Collect
We’re based in Christchurch and offer Click & Collect Monday to Friday, between 9am–12.30pm.
You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Returns
