Course Content: This class is free of charge and is run by experienced midwives. On the first Saturday we cover what to expect at the end of pregnancy, the entirety of labor/birth with both normal birth and possible interventions. The second Saturday covers postnatal topics like breastfeeding, baby care, and matrescence. Its a great way to meet other local expecting parents! You are welcome to come to one or both Saturdays.
