The electrodes we provide are high-quality, extra sticky, and with proper care, can be reapplied multiple times.

To keep them in good condition between uses:

• After each use, place the electrodes back onto the plastic sheet provided to keep them clean and sticky.
• When removing them, gently peel from the pad itself — not the white lead wire — as pulling the wire can damage the connection.
• If they begin to lose stickiness, lightly dab the sticky side with warm water.

Planning to use water during labour?

You’ll need to remove the electrodes before getting into the shower or birth pool. If you plan to move in and out of the water multiple times, we recommend purchasing an extra set of electrodes.
