- Transition to parenthood (Matrescence/Patrescence)
- Feeding
- Practical skills around a new baby (swaddling, nappies, babywearing)
- Activites and support in the community
Some topics will be in more detail than others, and some will just be touched on due to the scope of my practice. I will try to cover any other topics that anyone would like covered if I know in advance. Otherwise, if it is not an area of my expertise, I can always refer to someone more appropriate.
